Lucy was my point of contact for selling my house. This was my first time selling a property, but Lucy was so wonderful and helpful, answering any questions I had and always keeping me up to date with weekly telephone updates and explaining every step so I always felt I knew what was going on. Even if there wasn’t much of an update to give I still received a call which was a nice touch.
