Another year of excellent service from Manning Stainton Lettings who have dealt with every aspect of finding and dealing with my tenants and looking after my property in Horsforth. The whole team are fantastic but Bobby deserves a special mention as she takes personal responsibility for managing my property. Bobbie is absolutely brilliant, a pleasure to deal with, super efficient, courteous, friendly, organised and very proactive. I don’t live in Leeds and often abroad. Bobbie and the team have managed the property for over a year and the tenants and I are happy with the service. Bobby keeps me informed if there are any issues and always shows initiative. Matthew was great at taking me through the initial steps before I agreed to sell with Manning Stainton. Then, the speed at which my house sold was outstanding (11 offers from 1 day of viewings!). Throughout this stage of viewings and agreeing a sale, Ellie Weale was informative, clear and helpful. She helped highlight my options but left me feeling empowered in making my own decisions. After agreeing the sale, I was then moved onto Rochelle who was equally as helpful and clear about where we were up to with the buyers.
