GoogleManning Stainton marketed the house at a higher price than the other estate agents who provided a valuation and then got 40k more for it on top. Simone was awesome throughout and I'd recommend her in particular at the Horsforth branch.

GoogleI bought a house through Manning Stainton in Guiseley and had fantastic service the whole way though. Lucy was my main point of contact and kept me up to date every week throughout the whole process. She was always positive and cheerful and proactive! My friend who was buying with a different estate agent was really impressed with my experience and quite envious. When Lucy was away, Pippa and Matthew called me to make sure I was kept up to date: the team clearly work really well together and are so efficient. Thanks to Bill for doing the viewing too… I would definitely highly recommend the team, they were fabulous from start to finish.

GoogleCharlotte Murrie has been an absolute star throughout this whole process. As first time buyers navigating the conveyancing process has been a whole new experience and Charlotte was on hand from the get go to break things down for us and help us understand what the next stage in the purchasing process is. GoogleJacky and her team are thoroughly professional but apply the human touch (care) when dealing with both landlords and tenants. I have had dealings with Simply Let for 10 years both tenant find service and full management and have never had a problem. Keep up the good work!!

GoogleAs a Tenant with Simply Let for 7 years now I have been extremely happy with their service. During some personal problems early on in my tenancy Jackie went out of her way to really help. Which she did. All maintenance enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently and a fabulous team of really helpful, lovely people. Could not praise Simply Let highly enough.
