I honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Codie Hazelwood, Emily and the whole team have been fantastic from start to finish for both our purchase and sale. Could not recommend the Rothwell branch enough, they have helped out endlessly with a very long and stressful process chasing solicitors, only regret is not using their recommended solicitors as it could have save a lot of headaches.

Not everything is completed yet, but things have moved very quickly and a lot of this is down to Lisa at Mannings, multiple calls a day between ourselves just to make sure all information is up to date and always returns a call if she misses one. Couldn’t have wished for better help so far.

Honestly, if you’ve ever been through a property sale before and come out the other side feeling stressed, ignored, and none the wiser about what was going on, you’ll understand just how refreshing Kate has been. We’ve dealt with conveyancers before, and hand on heart, the experience was nothing like this. Kate kept us updated throughout, explained things clearly, and we never once had to chase her to find out what was happening. She just got on with it and kept us in the loop every step of the way. What really stands out is that she genuinely seems to care. It didn’t feel like we were just another file on the desk, she was thorough, on top of everything, and whenever we had a question (no matter how small), she had an answer. The whole process felt so much calmer and more manageable because of her. We can’t recommend Kate highly enough. If you’re selling and want someone who actually makes the process better rather than more stressful, look no further. We’d go straight back to her without a second thought.
