GoogleSarah and Joao at the Oval Office has been extremely helpful throughout the process of finding us an apartment. They are extremely responsive (unlike some other estate agents) and always willing to help. They have, thus far, answered all my questions and are even willing to help me move the rent pay date as I am paid on a different day. Excellent service and couldn't recommend them both more highly!

GoogleI've been looking for a place for months and Ludlowthompson was the first agency to make the experience way less stressful. They follow up promptly and have been extra helpful with all my queries. Sarah from the Oval office was so accommodating and friendly, and even drove us from one viewing to another when it happened to come up. Would definitely recommend.

I was assisted today by Richard Pedley one of the sales representative and I must say how friendly, professional, experienced and amazing personality he was today while viewing a property in SW8. GoogleAccidentally mis-paid my rent two month running and luckily Kerl was there to save me. After a quick chat on the phone, we handed over to email and he was able to sort out the issue within a day both times. Can't thank him enough for that! Having leased through these guys for two years they have been attentive and helpful at every step.

GoogleWhen you’re in the excitement and stress of moving, you really hope you’ll find an Emma. Too many times it can be all stress but finding a gem agent feels like having a guide book and someone else who’s already read it. Genuine, smart, helpful and efficient (yes and an agent!) I simply wouldn’t have had a chance on my new home if Emma Nettleingham hadn’t been there and matched us thoughtfully and brilliantly on day one. Go find your Emma.
