GoogleAlice has been incredibly helpful throughout my purchase of my first home. From the outset, she was very flexible and responsive when it came to organising viewings. During the process from offer to completion, Alice has also been very involved in facilitating the process, speaking to all of the different parties to try and make the purchase as smooth and painless as possible. Overall, Alice has been great to work with and I would highly recommend getting in touch to anyone considering buying a house.

GoogleLola is the one! She is just amazing. Thanks to her we found the perfect house and she strived to make it possible for us to call it OUR house! We experienced some issues and were almost giving up on renting, but she helped us in every single step and was so committed in it despite her 1000 things to deal with. I totally recommend her if you want to get an amazing customer support and service. Shoutout to Steven, the manager, who supported Lola and us with the issues we had.

GoogleFirst of all, their properties look quality. The staff are very helpful. Hannah gave me a great first impression. Lola offered me a FaceTime viewing and talked me through the process patiently and clearly. At no time did I sense 'hard sell'. Thank you all very much. I do not know if I'll be successful but the opportunity, information and willingness to help have been great.

GoogleBoth Lola and Josh have been amazingly helpful - highly recommend them. Lola is professional , friendly, keeps in contact regularly and helped us massively by choosing selectively when it came to sending properties , as well as advising us on how to put our best offer. Josh and Lola worked well together - when one wasn't in the office, they’d clearly kept each other up to date with our search. They both acted beyond what we expected and were much more personable than other agents we’ve used at other agencies.

GoogleUNLAWFUL FEES Honestly, wish I wasn't writing this! Moved into a property through the Docklands office. In terms of communication pre move in they were fine (obviously because they wanted something from us, our money). Sadly moved into a very dirty property with no working heating or cooker and a lot of scum and grime everywhere. Even drink stains down the wall which takes a few minutes to clean. There was food left in the fridge & freezer & belongings of previous tenants throughout the property. Once we were in and needed something from the estate agent, that's when they became your typical agent - passing blame, ignoring emails and calls. In order to do anything for us we would be charged. Worst estate agent I've dealt with my far and funnily enough our landlord feels the same! Have been charged unlawful fees & have reported to Trading Standards. WOULD ADVISE CURRENT & NEW TENANTS TO CHECK WHAT YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR AS IT MAY BE ILLEGAL! YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR: Admin Fees Referencing Fees Credit and immigration checks Renewing your tenancy when your fixed term contract ends If you have report them to Trading Standards also, you're entitle to that money back & they need to be prosecuted.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThis company is a joke. They dont return the deposit on time and when they finally do (4 months later) they return you the wrong quantity. When you ask them for your money they say the need to investigate why the money is not in the account. Really bad experiencia with all of them: Ross E, Jibby, Joao,James C, Ria G and Thomas E. If you have a problem in your flat...you better sit down and breath.... they took 7 months to replace a dishwasher which was broken in the flat since we moved in the first day. They also left the broken dishwasher by the entrance of my flat 4 months more. Excuses for everythig "the landlord......" Awful experience,seriously!

GoogleI was about to rent a flat with this company and luckly one of my friend told me about her awful experience with this company and stop me from it. My friend left the flat in June and still is waiting for her deposit. Her property manager James Castle is always giving her the same answer “the landlord hasnt authorised it” “I will chase him up” “hopefully next week” and still 4 months later he keeps telling her the same. The dont do their job properly and dont care about you after you have paid because who cannot get an authorisation in 4 months nowsdays. Ridiculous!!

GoogleAwful service. We left our flat in June 2019 and 5 months later we have not received our deposit back yet. James Castle and Thomas Evans said they were chasing our deposit since June but they don’t provide us with the documents to raise a dispute in My deposit neither to reach the Landlord... Joao, Jibby and his team promise you the moon and tell you what you want to listen to and when you pay.... GOOD LUCK if you want to chase them for any single thing you need in your property. During two weeks before we moved to my flat Joao kept promissing us that all the problems the flat had, would be sorted by the moving date so I trusted him and rented my flat. The flat was an absolutely mess when we moved in so you can see they didnt even bother to go and check that our flat was in perfect conditions for us to move in.They promised that all the problems would be sorted soon and they would move the starting day of the contract. The DIDNT. The WORSE is that we didnt have hot water They sorted the problem with the water out 10 days later and they ask us TO PAY before all these problem were fix. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY DONT DO THEIR JOB. THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE

GoogleJoao and the team were very helpful to us when we were looking for our new flat. Our situation was a bit complicated, but they made sure to sort out everything as soon as possible and were really understanding. Joao also made sure that communication between the letting agent and the reference check went smoothly. Would definitely use Joao again when looking for a place!

GoogleHad a great experience with this agents and in particular, Joao. He was first class every step of the process. No question went unanswered and nothing was too much hassle. Securing property in London is no easy feat. But Joao took a lot of the stress away with his easy going plain speak and all done with a calming reassurance too. Always on hand and quick to respond to any queries. First class service.

GoogleRichard was amazing showed me around 3 properties and provided all the detail and advice and even a personal anecdote about the area. Really reassuring and professional presence and hopefully my purchase will be through him as I am in very safe hands.

GoogleThe rudest estate agents I have used, especially the main reception guy in lettings, Jibby - do not understand why he has been put on the front desk. When viewing a flat, the guy lied about many things the flat apparently had - when we moved in it didn't. The property wasn't clean when I moved in. There was also an extortionate fee at the beginning as well as hidden fees in the contract such as cleaning fee and just a fee for leaving the property! What ever you do, do not use or trust this estate agent. I have used many around London and this has to be the worse by a mile. They should all wear stripy shirts and balaclavas! Rudest people to deal with and even intimidating - even over email. It was also 6 weeks until I got (what was left) of my deposit back! Appalling service - and the most expensive I have ever dealt with. I also believe their positive reviews are fake - I cannot honestly see how anyone would have a good service. They are brutal in not caring about the properties or tenants. They just leave all the work up to the landlords. I actually don't know what they are all doing on those computers all day? A mystery to us all... probably the good reviews?
