GoogleHad a very good experience with Amirah from the Docklands office, who was helpful and patient in navigating us through the process, even the slightly frustrating bits. Overall, finding a place to rent and getting through all the steps was a pretty smooth process, and Amirah was very helpful and patience throughout.

GoogleMy wife Julia and I were impressed to deal with Claire and her team in the Tooting office as they were helping us to find the right place to stay that we can call home. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable and always went the extra mile for us. Nothing was a problem, the questions were answered very swiftly. We highly recommend them.

GoogleMy experience with Ludlowthompson has been a really positive one so far, and that's down to the estate agent Conor. After asking to view a property, he emailed me immediately and emailed promptly thereafter, with answers to any questions I had and updates about viewings. It's very easy to book viewings with Conor as he's punctual and organised, which makes planning to see multiple properties at once a whole lot easier. He's chatty on the phone and super helpful and informative when it comes to buying a property. He showed me round a couple of properties and very much listened to what I had to say (i.e. he didn't try and push a property that he knew I wasn't that keen on). He has a great rapport with his sellers, which makes the whole process of looking around someone's house (when they are in) a great deal more relaxed. I have booked a couple more viewings with Conor and will continue to do so, until I've found the property I am looking for.

GoogleDealing with Keith has been a friendly stress-free experience throughout the process of letting from LudlowThompson I was especially impressed with his high standard of communication which was maintained throughout the process. Responses to emails and calls were always prompt and Keith was available whenever we had questions. We were also grateful for the advice on choosing energy/broadband provider, liaising with the landlord, and raising jobs for minor issues on the property that were identified within the first few weeks of our tenancy. Highly recommend!

GoogleI met her in a viewing down in East Dulwich Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like Coca Cola C-O-L-A Cola She walked up to me and she asked me to provide an convenient move in date I asked her her name and in a Bristolian voice she said, "Lola" L-O-L-A Lola, lo lo lo lo Lola V professional & super helpful, just like this review isn't.
