GoogleSorry I had to change the review I gave almost 9 months ago. This agency is the worst. I have been with them for 9 months and unfortunately I had to look at 2 more years and 4 months. A few months ago (just after lockdown) we had a leak from the floor above, water was raining in the hallway, kitchen walls and bathrooms. Horrible. The landlord from the floor above took care of everything, send someone to stop the leak in our floor as well. Has been 2 MONTHS and I am still waiting for someone to come and repaint the walls in the bathroom, the hallway and the kitchen all ruined due to the leak. Phone them and I get told all the time the same thing in a very annoyed tone, that they will follow up and let me know. Now? How long does it take to get a quote to repaint some walls? Rude and unprofessional.
