GoogleVery helpful at every stage of the process. Hannah arranged our viewing and was very accommodating with all our requirements, continuing to go above and beyond as finalised the let and moved into the property. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially in the current coronavirus times!

GoogleNatalie Grazioli was really helpful and proactive, kindly even offering her own helpful advice about my property search. She worked hard to get all the information I needed about a property so that I was able to make an informed decision quickly, and she has always been extremely professional and responsive.

GoogleGerard was so helpful, responsive and professional. He always took our call from showing us properties, making our offer and all the way through to completion. It was great to have someone who could reach both parties without having to go through solicitors.

GoogleWe started our house search with very specific requirements and little knowledge of the current market and area. However rob lynch from your branch really hit the target with all the properties he took us to view. He was incredibly patient, the most human estate agent I've ever met, only had our best interests in mind, and honestly was one of the nicest and most professional agents I've had to deal with. He's the type of person who you can trust, and honestly dealing with him threw every piece of negative information we had heard about Ludlow and Thompson beforehand out the window. He got us into a property we truly admire and was perfect for our circumstances. We would like to thank rob and 'Ludlow and Thompson' for all your help. Kind regards, Connor Charlesworth

GoogleWas really struggling to find a house leading up to the restart of university in October and there was a lot of hassle with would-be housemates who were one foot in and one foot out which meant we had to view other potential properties that suited our re-adjusted requirements. I have to say Robert Lynch really patterned us! His patience and determination to find us somewhere is something that I really appreciate! We spent just over 2 months to find somewhere And he could’ve easily given up on us at the first hurdle but he’s not built like that! Massive respect to him!

GoogleJessica showed us around a property on Saturday and was very enthusiastic and forthcoming with information about the property, surrounding areas, and other properties they had for sale. She was more than willing to spend the time showing us around and also finding out what I was after. She was quick to follow up on questions I had shortly after our viewing and to show me the other flats we had discussed. Thanks Jessica!

Googlemark in sales helped us through a stressful sales process which was delayed due to lockdown. at every stage he was prompt, helpful and honest. I'd recommend him without hesitation. and special mention to Richard too who came on board late in the process but was equally helpful.

GoogleBe careful using these guys. Polite and professional, but changed the details of the offer from the advertised listing at the last minute. Not to be trusted.
Agent replied
Dear Anees We apologies if there has been a misunderstanding regarding the monthly rental calculations, we pride ourselves on our transparency and I understand that our staff have explained that weekly rent is calculated over a 52 week period and then divided by 12 to provide an accurate monthly rental price as is industry standard. We wish you luck in your property search and are happy to provide assistance in your search in the future. Kind Regards ludlowthompson

GoogleMy partner and I have been dealing with Robert Lynch over the last month or so, helping us to search for our new home. He's been a great help, despite trying times in the current climate, and I'd highly recommend him. Will certainly be working together again in the future. 5*.
