GoogleWe are private landlords and LT has been helping finding us tenants. All people they found are great tenants. Alex has been the main person we have been always dealing with. He is on the top of things, kept us updated what’s going on, etc. Thank you for all your work for us.

GoogleKirsty was courteous and knowledgeable at all times, and sold my flat within a week of being on the market. She always responded to emails swiftly and I will definitely recommend her and the team to any future home owners in the area.

GoogleGeorgina was nothing short of amazing during our searching & purchasing of a property. She was friendly, honest & attentive with every question or request we had. Its made the whole process of finding a property much easier than we'd ever had hoped!

GoogleHad a great experience with the Dulwich sales team, Alice was very helpful and has made sure I am always the first to hear about any properties that I might be interested in. I'm sure when I do find the right property it will be thanks to her!

GoogleStephen, Laura and Hannah make a fantastic team. They have let my house for me on a find only basis and made the whole experience a good one dispite my having difficulties with my tenant. They were always on the phone to help and advise and keep me updated with what was going on, which was vital to me as I live out of London. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back in 2 years time!

GoogleI sold my property through Lulow Thompson. Given the tough market conditions I think the guys were very hard working to ensure i received a competitive offer. Their marketing campaign and pursuit of potential buyers ensured my property ensured my property sale went through. I think just advertising on rightmove doesnt cut it in this environment, and I would not have got the best potential price or the same number of views During the actual sales process there were a few stumbling blocks which they worked hard on to resolve. All in all very professional and hard working service.

GoogleHad a viewing of a one bed house/flat with Connor Smyth, very lovely person to deal with, super informative about everything and it helped me a lot as it was my first time signing contracts regarding personal housing. Would highly recommend Connor as an agent if any future tenants wish to go with Ludlowthompson. Its always nice to deal with a person who loves their job.

GoogleThe service and attention I received from Daniela was excellent. Daniela went over and above to troubleshoot major issues with a company issuing a gas certificate, and using her professional judgement to find me the right tenants in a challenging market and difficult flat to let. Thanks Daniela!
