GoogleI viewed a couple of flats with the agent Connor Smyth to rent a 2B apartment. He was very professional, patient and helpful, and try to help us find the best deal. If you want to rent a place, he is definitely the one that you should talk to. I would recommend him to all my friends, and contact him if I have further needs. Besides, in my view, compared to other agencies, the Ludlowthompson Docklands also provide a more throughout and secured process in making offers, which guarantee both the tenancies and landlords' interest. The deposit is refundable if your offer is not accepted. And through putting a small amount of money, you are bidding with people who are really interested in the property, rather than those who would turn down the offer in the end, and delay your process.

GoogleConnor, was amazing. We have viewed 9 properties in total and Connor was by far the most friendly estate agent we have met. Extreamly polite and quick to respond when ever we needed assistance. Would highly recommend going with ludlowthompson Docklands.

GoogleWe arrived in London looking for a one bed room. We found it in less than 48 hours thanks to Claire. She was very reactive, very friendly and took the time to explain how the process worked. A big thank to Claire who was an example of professionalism.

GoogleClaire has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process of finding a place and moving in. She's always there to take a call at any hour of the day, has been as helpful as humanly possible and has gone above and beyond to make a normally stressful process as easy and simple as possible. Massive thanks, give the girl a raise! From the new tenants of E1 1DD

GoogleMy wife and I were working with Claire and Kerl. They are amazing. All delays that happend from third parties were solved by them. We asked about many things because UK flat renting is different, and always receive answers less than an hour, even on weekends. I am apreciate, how this guys helped us to get a flat that we wanted. The agency has a website, where you could check current status of documents that allready prepared. It is very convinience. I will recommend to all my friends to work with LudlowThompson agency.

GoogleAmirah was knowledgeable of the local area and a very big help for me with my flat hunt. More importantly she was a joy to be around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else!

GoogleThe sale of my property encountered many obstacles. Some that shouldn't have happened didn't seem to bother any director at LT's who didn't feel showing accountability and apologising the bare minimum I deserved; too bad. Eventually things got sorted. Alex was very helpful and sympathetic throughout, and Justin, the new Sales Manager, was of really great service: he jumped in, liaising constantly with all parties involved and making sure that no further delays were an option. Thank you Justin for your wonderful and effective support!

GooglePressure free viewing. Clear details forthcoming before I made an offer that was accepted and good structuring of expectations between myself and seller to date.
