GoogleI received a very warm welcome from Aaron when viewing a very nice property to rent. He was patient, attentive and explained the rental process to me in great detail, he was also very upfront which I liked. I would certainly recommend him and the agency when looking for property.

If we ever needed any help with things she was happy and quick to help. Either if a deal is closed rather than not, they're always fast in getting back to emails and calls. GoogleWe recently used Ludlows (Ali Rawlinson) to let our property in Tooting. Overall we were extremely impressed by the service we received. The property was let very quickly to good tenants at rates ahead of expectation. Excellent communication throughout and the whole process was very well managed. Id recommend any landlord to use Ludlows and in particular Ali Rawlinson.

GoogleWORST Estate Agent I have ever encountered. They knew nothing of any property I went to view, had little knowledge any mortgage products, could not provide me with answers to any of my questions and yet charge a client 2 percent! A completely unjustifiable fee, from an utterly incompetent agent. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleImpressed from the point of viewing potential properties up until the contract signing. All queries big and small were dealt with quickly and professionally by Fabian Akinola and the rest of the team. All the requirements regarding what was required to secure the property and the processes resulting from acceptance of the offer were clearly explained. This was my first experience regarding the rental process and found that being able to complete alot of the processes online worked very well considering I have quite a demanding job so was able to complete requested tasks/documents at convenient times without having to regularly go to the City office. Thanks to them my move has been very smooth and not so stressful. I don't have any hesitation in recommending Fabian and this office to others for their fantastic and friendly service.

GoogleHi I start telling her name, Joanna Loizou, also if she call herself just JO. What I can say is that she was professional, friendly, steadfast in answering about everything I asked her. JO showed me to be really interested about my worries, trying to get me a solution for everything I needed, also out of her work time. It is very uncommon nowadays to meet someone that consider you not only a client, but a human first of all! So thanks JO!!!!!!!!!

GoogleStephen Opoka is a great agent! He has been so nice with us. Clear and professional but at the same time kind and friendly. He always answered immediately to our emails and calls. He worked very late for us. If you want to find a place and have no trouble at all, I think he's the right guy.
