GoogleI have just begun my search for a property, upon my first interaction with Alex he was very in formative giving any information I needed about properties freely and promptly. He really helped me get an idea of what I was looking for by showing me a range of properties I might not have considered. I couldnt have asked for a better agent.

GoogleVery happy with LudlowThompson overall performance, especially Jake Burston and Daniel Scott valuable support. Jake managed my process end2end, with a very quick turnaround between my request and our final offer (5 days), and always being available to clarify all my many queries :) Daniel made a great contribution as well, managing to secure an offer that required good operational and sales skills. I strongly recommend Ludlow City Docklands for their deep knowledge of the market and premium costumer services.

GoogleJake and his team at Ludlow where thoroughly professional from start to finish. They got a huge number of property viewings and ended up securing us 3 offers, including one over the original rental valuation of the property. They were kind, courteous, mindful and responsive. Both my wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the service offered and received,. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleThis is the 2nd time we have worked with Jacob and I'm sure it won't be the last. We find Jacob extremely professional and helpful in all things; his foresight and courtesy are very much appreciated and unfortunately very rare on the lettings scene. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

GoogleLodlowthompson have helped me move twice, and on both occasions the staff at the Dock Street office have made the experience personable and much less stressful than it could potentially have been. Special credit to Claire for taking a real interest in our wellbeing as tenants.
