GoogleGreat viewing today with one of their agents. Conor showed me around as one would expect but also gave me good local market insights and even helped me with getting into the loft space! Bet those online estate agents don't do that...

GoogleMarta was very helpful. We were looking for a property with a driveway in Tooting, which there is a lack of! Although we offered somewhere else, I was impressed with the service provided!

GoogleConnor took me to see a fantastic one bed which unfortunately wasn't right for me but then spent a lot of time talking to me about various other options in the area and giving advice. Friendly, helpful and polite! Would recommend.

GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Conor. He went out of his way several times to assist with my property search. i am an elderly gentleman and he has picked me up and dropped me off at my property for numerous viewings. Many thanks to Conor, he is a real asset to Ludlow Thomson and also thanks to Michael for assisting me on the lettings side of things. regards Ravi

GoogleRecent purchase. Alex Vine was agent for the vendor. Alex was knowledgeable and facilitated smooth communication at all stages. There was no hard sell, but a genuine willingness to ensure that my purchase progressed as best as possible. Helped negotiations along and responded quickly. He was quite happy to let me meet the vendors to direct the surveyors, the vendors were also highly complementary of him. Will definitely use LT and AV again when selling or buying a property.

GoogleConor is super friendly and informative and he made me feel like he really cared about me finding somewhere. He has great knowledge on architecture and interiors and also the local area. I am a first time buyer so have very little experience and I feel really comfortable with him helping me.

GoogleWe dealt with Conor from the sales team who assisted us with our search to find a property in the Streatham area. Conor was professional, upbeat and honest about what the house offered and could advise on work which could be done to the property. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for an estate agent who is highly skilled in their field.
