GoogleThe worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with, they have no interest what so ever in the tenants especially when something is wrong with the property and if trying to contact the owner you will get the biggest run around. Regarding the check out process, not a clue in the world. Honestly don't know how this place functions as a business, if there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that.

GoogleWas looking to move into a flat within 7 days and came to ludlowthompson and the staff member at the FInsbury park branch bhavik patel was very helpful he found me a property and advised me clearly in what i needed to get the property in such short notice. At the same time i was traveling back to germany for 3 days so thing were very stressful for me. The team at Finsbury park moved me and made me feel welcomed and for a agency of 11 office i was never made felt like this was just a business for the first time moving properties i felt i was taken care off. Would 100% recommend the Finsbury park lettings team and especially Bhavik Patel.

GoogleDO NOT USE!!! Worst estate agent in London!!! Flat had not been cleaned before moving in. Jacob's (shop manager) response was 'but they promised they were going to get it professionally cleaned?'. So clearly they had not inspected the property before handing keys over. Never given a full set of keys, shop then lost their own set of keys and tried to blame the tenants, 6 weeks to fix a washing machine, 2 months to fix a leaking tap, 4 weeks to fix a blocked sink, never fixed a water damaged ceiling and instead of the 'account manager' dealing with issues, they just changed the person handling the account. Absolute joke from start to finish!

GoogleFrom the moment I made the enquiry, I had the pleasure of dealing with Reiss for our requirements for renting a property. Reiss was professional, kind, honest and provided an outstanding service. His commitment in helping me find a place within my budget and time frame was amazing. He kept me updated on the latest properties available, and took time out to show us around several times in 1 property before a decision was made. Reiss ensured the transition was nice and smooth. I was really pleased with everything he did. Customer Service was to a very high standard and I would highly recommend Reiss to all my friends and families. Thank you for everything.

GoogleI have had excellent service from the lettings team over the last 3 years. They have helped me find tenants on their rent collection service for more than 10 properties. Bhavik has been the man at the front end of this and has been exceptional. I have been a landlord for more than 15 years and own many properties but since dealing with Bhavik i have had no issues with rent or my tenants. The service is quick, efficient, reliable and stress free. Some may feel the fee's are slightly high but for the peace of mind of having good tenants on a long term contract and the legal and rental warranty there is no substitute. Great work to Bhavik and his team I hope you remain there for many more years and keep up the work.

I was especially impressed by the sheer professionalism of our agent Mr Sabat who showed honesty, transparency and commitment in getting the asking price for my property. GoogleBhavik at the Finsbury Park office has been excellent. He delivers what he promises unlike other agents and ensured the process was transparent and smooth.
