GoogleInitially efficient and helpful service from William who helped me to make a move back to the UK from abroad with the minimum of hassle. Very happy with my new apartment in Wandsworth. The first part of the process was smooth and clear with all legalities fully and transparently explained and all paperwork well in order. However, follow up was not impressive: my conditions were not communicated accurately to the landlord so have been waiting over 2 months for curtains requested (no explanation or apology so far); received an automatic email incorrectly stating I had not paid the rent and threatening penalties, cleared it up with one person - then received another; response from property manager to emails rarely faster than 3 working days.... Mixed experience.

GoogleThanks to Gerard and Alex, Rostand and Michael, we sold our house for a good price for us, but also crucially to a couple that really wanted the house and could see its particular merits, which speaks to their judgement of character. Throughout the process they were easy to deal with, helpful and straightforward, with none of the slicked back wide boy vibe you might encounter elsewhere..... recommended.

GoogleHad a great experience having dealt with other agencies in the past who let me down. My estate agent, Alex Vine, was always available and worked hard to make sure I got the property I was after.

GoogleI have recently used Gerard and Alex to sell one of my new developments. They outsold the joint agents and delivered a first class service throughout. As a result of their success on this scheme they have now been instructed on two more schemes I am dealing with.
