GoogleSuzanne and the team were excellent at every stage of our house purchase. Having broken chain and been in limbo for six weeks, they helped to ensure a smooth and pain free purchase. At every stage of our purchase, challenges were unblocked and communication prompt and super transparent. Nothing was too much and we managed to complete our purchase phase quickly and efficiently. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent who supported the buyer aswell as their seller. GoogleLee is second to none with his approach to buying and selling property, with superb attention to detail. He understands the market and has wider experience than just property itself, which he applies to ensure all parties are in a win-win situation. Most of all, Lee understands people and treats every single sale personally. This is why he is so successful. He retains a bank of information on what his clients actually want and he brings it to them efficiently, creating a smooth process with minimised risks. He keeps you updated every step of the way, but most of all, he keeps you calm! I cannot recommend both Lee and Craig enough, and wouldn’t work with anyone else. Complete game changers.

Google"Team Lovelle" in Hykeham were first class right from the beginning to the end of the process. Helpful, cheery, honest and with great local knowledge, they sold our slightly quirky late Mum's house for us after a lot of hard work. Every member of the team provided a really personal service, and were all patient with any queries I had. GoogleHad a Viewing with Tommy this week and he was absolutely brilliant. Really knew his things and seems to take time and learn as much about the properties as possible before taking people around. Some estate agents seem to not want to know anything about properties, and when you try and ask important questions they don’t know, this was definitely not the case this time.

GoogleLovelle Grimsby "Professional Time Wasters" Had an agreed video appointment to view an end terrace on Queensway, the appointment got re arranged for the same day, which was a red flag as I had to change my entire appointments for the day, just to double check I rang the office 3 times to confirm the agreed the new time, to which they agreed I waited around and still no video walk through! I wonder what excuse Lovelle will come up with, the one star is given as I was saved the hassle, stress and expense of travelling miles to view! Josh, Holly, Jo Anne and James sort your people skills out and stop wasting your potential buyers time, other wise you won't have a client base, job nor any confident buyers. Plenty of other decent and committed agents out there, sadly these are not one of them. Totally unprofessional, these people will definitely put the Grim in Grimsby AVOID!

GoogleWe chose to sell our property with Lovelle after having a number of different agents come and give us an appraisal; Lovelle had the expertise and professionalism we were looking for to market and help us sell our property. We were very impressed with Lewis and his team, and although we didn't have many viewings, we were able to secure a sale, and relatively quickly. In addition Lewis was very helpful to us with his advice on our prospective purchase (which was with another agent who we didn't have any confidence with) and he also put us in touch with a mortgage advisor to enable us to secure our purchase as we were buying before selling.

GoogleWell, I can honestly say that I never thought I would’ve advertised my house with Lovelle as I had a couple of different agents in my head that I thought I would go with, but when Lewis came to my house to give me a valuation from that moment my mind was changed. He was so professional didn’t seem like he was reading from a script knew exactly what he was talking about. and I knew it was the right thing to advertise with Lovelle . And I’m so pleased I did. I put my house on the market in May expecting to be moving in the New Year. I couldn’t believe the hard work and communication from James And because of that, that was the reason my house sold within weeks and not months ! I’m still in shock and I’ve never known a turnaround so quick thank you so much James peacock for all your hard work communication and professionalism keep up the fantastic work and the next time I think of moving I’ll be straight back to you guys .
