GoogleWe sold our house and purchased a house through Lovelle at North Hykeham and was more than happy with the whole experience. They have a fantastic team and always kept us informed as to what was going on with the sale and purchase which made things a lot easier and less stressful. They answered all our questions professionally and efficiently. We would recommend Lovelle, North Hykeham to anyone.

Googlel just purchased a house being sold through Gainsborough branch. There were some problems along the sale chain, but thankfully the friendly efficient staff regularly kept in touch with me, offering reassurance and assistance throughout.l would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWorst agents I have ever dealt with, tried to purchase a house, put in an offer of full asking price, wouldn't accept it as wanted to see if anyone else was going to put an offer in. Without having the decency to let me know they accepted an offer by someone else for the same price I had offered. The attitude of the office staff is staff is disgusting and unprofessional. Would avoid this company, far better agents out there who respect their customers

GoogleAfter putting off selling our house and moving because of the hassle we thought it would be we couldn't of been more wrong and Lovells made it so much easier than we expected. All the staff are very professional and you can tell they love their job. We was always fully informed during the process and always had a weekly phone call. GoogleRecently sold a property using Lovelle, within the first month they had several viewings arranged and an offer on the table that we accepted. What made this even more impressive is that we had already had the property on the market for six months with another agent. The communication from Lovelle was great and they were keeping us up to date the whole time. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would like to share my wonderful experiences about the Lovelle Humberston team. We initially dealt with Sam who came and valued our house and took lots of amazing high quality professional photos. Looking back at the valuation she came up with, it was 100% accurate. They proceeded to show respect and care as they showed our house, and took on board any instruction we gave them. Throughout the sale process, we were kept informed by Fiona, who was so professional, friendly and patient. I cannot fault them at any level, I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
