Rude and unhelpful. Had my heavly pregnant daughter in tears. She was trying to find her first property to start her own family home with a bit of support from us, her family, upon finding and viewing a property (the person who showed her round was lovely and very reassuring he answered all her questions and made her feel safe) the woman who spoke to her afterwrds treated my daughter like dirt. These esstate agents who are suposed to be helping potential tenants find homes and landlords find good tenants are utterly awful. As if moving house isnt stressful enough... Also just because a person is in recipt of universal credit dosnt mean they cant afford there rent or wont pay it. They gave her misinformation and were extremely in polite. Very judgmental, she has applied and was looking forward to being able to set up her babys first home. Now she is dreading it. Whoever the lady who spoke to my daughter in the office was. This review is all thanks to you and your appalling customer service and support!

Naomi and Bayley at Lovelle couldn't do enough to help when I was purchasing a property. Naomi would call with updates weekly and both were polite, friendly and responsive to my requests. Couldn't ask for more. I would recommend to anyone.

I cannot praise this estate agency highly enough. They bent over backwards at every turn to support my house sale and made me feel like they genuinely cared. Naomi in particular was brilliant. 5 stars.

Thank you for your help and support during the sale of our property, and purchase of our new property. Nothing was too much trouble and I loved knowing I would be getting an update every Tuesday. Our property sold within a week of marketing and Bayley was proactive in helping us to find our next property. Thank you to Naomi for your hard work over the last few weeks too, and for still getting us to completion despite the complications thrown at us due to covid-19. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lovelle, who couldn’t do enough for us, especially after compared to our experience of trying to sell with another agent last year.

Lovelle Estate Agents Wragby Road has guided me through the sales procedure and provided quality brochures. They have kept me informed at all times and chased up solicitors etc. It was nice to have an office where I could go and speak to a person face to face to answer any queries.

Disappointing to say the least - couldn’t even get someone round to value our property. Made appointments and then cancelled them... no effort made from them. Very poor.

PROFESSIONAL l KNOWLEDGEABLE l FRIENDLY I currently have my bungalow on the market with Lovelle. I don't know what I was expecting from an estate agent but these girls have gone above and beyond for me. From the initial communication, to the photos to the viewings, I have been kept up to date every step of the way. I have recently accepted an offer and although it feels like everything is at a standstill right now I have the trust in them that they are doing every thing they possibly can. Thank you for every thing so far, I cant fault you. To anyone thinking of selling and needing guidance along the way, you cant go wrong with Lovelle.
