I was impressed with the whole team during our house sale. They always returned calls and kept us informed of the progress (or lack of, which is just as important!) of the sale throughout the process. I can only share my opinion as a seller although I have had experience of buying and selling property from 40k to 600k and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a company's professionalism, communication, knowledge and helpfulness. They dragged my solicitor through the sale calling both parties and both solicitors and updating us both. They managed to sell the property for the price we hoped for and they earned every penny of the fee. Thank you for such outstanding service, you have transformed my opinion of estate agents. All you need now is an in-house solicitor working to the same standard as your team!

Lovelies estate agents Mablethorpe have just lost us the second house we wanted to buy in Mablethorpe , the first house advertised by them was sold without us being given the chance to put in a bid even though we had booked a viewing, and we were not informed of being it already sold until after we had made the 3 and half hour journey from where we live . The second house which we had set our heart on, we told them definitively that we wanted to buy and if need be rather than waiting , we already had in place a bridging loan to secure the sale, we spoke to lovelles 3 times in the week to confirm they were liaising with the vendor on our behalf, but we then discovered that same week, the day after speaking to lovelles that the house had been sold to a higher bidder without even giving us the option to raise that bid, we weren’t even made aware about any other bidders, extreme lack of communication on their part, a courtesy call would have made a big difference ! As I’m sure the vendors of said house would have appreciated being told as well so they could make their own mind up concerning buyers, we can only guess they weren’t even told about us ?! . Sadly we will not be using lovelles when we find another property , very unprofessional concerning lack of communication between all parties being kept up to date and well informed , and definately would not recommend .NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Thank you for your feedback regarding our Mablethorpe office. i can confirm that the Branch Manager has spoken with you today - but hopefully i can clear your concerns up. the first property that you have mentioned looking at the details several attempts had been made to contact you regarding viewing, because of lockdown and coronavirus all viewings had to be cancelled - the property had been sold to a client who had viewed the property several times before the lockdown and had been speaking with the company that owned the property. the second property im slightly confused over as you have said that there had been a "higher bid" on the property - after checking i see the team had tried to contact the vendors to try and arrange a video tour on the property for you but no formal offers had been put forward from yourself as you had not viewed the property, hence trying to arrange a video tour for you and the vendors were made fully aware that you were very interested in the property but we needed the video as you were quite a drive away. There were no "other bidders" - as you were explained to the property had a sale that had fallen through and the original buyers had come back over the weekend. After checking with the office they did speak with you twice today and explain this to you. Once again im sorry you feel that you have received poor service - We will take note and give training in better communication.

We have just moved after one of the longest house purchases in the history of house purchases. Cindy was our up line agent and without doubt was one of the main reasons our chain got over the line. This woman is tenacious beyond belief, the ultimate dog with a bone. The other agents in the line were without exception mediocre at best, Cindy got stuck in chasing agents and solicitors alike. If you want to sell your property and have the option of having this woman on your side do not pass up on the opportunity. We finally moved after 11 months of waiting! We had an indecisive seller throwing every obstacle and excuse at us and Cindy.. but even with all this, Cindy relentlessly worked hard to secure our purchase, going above and beyond, keeping us up to date and chasing the entire chain. Dear Mr Storey I am sorry if there has been some confusion with regards to your appointment. I can confirm that you booked an appointment for our valuer to meet with you at your property. Our valuer did attend the appointment on the agreed day and time and waited for 20 mins. The valuer called the office to say there was no answer at your door. The office tried to call you on the number you provided and there was no answer. All of our calls are monitored and recorded and we have a log of the call. We have since contacted you again and arranged another appointment. This time our valuer did manage to meet with you and provided a valuation. Kind Regards Craig Andrews Branch Partner
