GoogleTo be fair, my ex had arranged their attendance to value my home. However, I found the valuer abrupt and awkward and was offended by them thanking me for my cooperation.

GoogleTerrible and not at all helpful towards my situation. They took 2 years to fix a tap and still never fixed my carpet which was promised.

GoogleArranged a viewing but cancelled it having called me wrong name and got the wrong time. Wouldn't discuss offer and hung up.
Mr Grace, I understand your disappointment and inconvenience, having your viewing cancelled. As I explained in my email we had received multiple offers over the asking price on the property and our clients decision was to cease further viewings.
