GoogleAfter losing my mother we looked at reviews to find an estate agent that had good reports and they were true to those reports. Very helpful from start to finish with great advice, finished with a quick sale of her house now my son has used them to purchase his new house and all went smoothly again.

GoogleDealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

GoogleExcellent Estate Agency. We purchased our new home through Lovelle. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. We dealt mainly with Sam and Serra who were quick and very thorough with information requested, extremely helpful with our enquiries and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Their communication was excellent. Phone calls, emails and questions dealt with efficiently. We were kept updated every step of the way through the process and we would highly recommend them for selling your home. A great team and Estate Agency !!

GoogleWe have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

GoogleI first viewed my new home with Josh, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a really clear, helpful tour that made me feel confident straight away. After that, I dealt mainly with James, and he was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole buying process. James was extremely helpful, always happy to answer every question I had, and kept me fully informed at every stage, nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything clearly, guided me through each step, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t have asked for better support. GoogleToday was the 3rd time I have visited the same property. The first 2 were for a friend. It was with Tom. He didn't reply to emails or messages. Today was with my friend who is buying the property. She has made an offer which has been accepted. Sharen opened up for us. She was not very friendly. After about 15 minutes she said we had to leave as she had more viewings. Didn't have any time to discuss anything at all. They deserve to loose this sale. They certainly would if I was buying it. Lovelles should be ashamed of them selves.

GoogleI initially contacted Lovelle about a property I was interested in, and my request was picked up by new estate agent, Amber Louise. She kindly offered to show me around via video link but by the time our appointment was due, the house had already sold. She immediately offered to show me a couple more properties. As I am unfamiliar with Grimsby, I was grateful for her knowledge of the local area and her advice about which areas to look at and those to avoid. The viewings went well, and I felt that I could totally trust her judgement when recommending one property over another- so much so that I made an offer on the house straight away. Amber is a credit to Lovelle and I wish her all the best in her career.

The brochure was excellent, with great quality photos making my house look the best it could. I will be using them again, I highly recommend
