We recently became interested and had a viewing on a property through Lovelle Estate Agency with Joanne. I cannot praise enough the communication and help we received. Joanne continued to keep me informed with the progress of the property and was always available to offer her advice and support. Unfortunately, the property did sell before we has the opportunity to have an offer confirmed, although Jo kept us fully up to speed throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Lovelle Estate Agency when selling or buying a property.

Purchased a property in Friskney in January 2022. We found Lovelle's to be extremely helpful. They were professional, considerate and always had time to assist us in what is always a stressful time. I must say a big 'thank you', to Connor from the Skegness Office, he went above and beyond during our purchase process and was always at the end of the phone if we needed to discus a particular issue with him. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Lovelle's in Skegness. They have been exemplar in their advice and support. Never too busy to put my mind at rest and always made me feel a priority. Through no fault of theirs my sale fell through twice and they immediately started contacting new potential buyers keeping me fully updated as I live away from the area. A special mention to Becky and Connor, I will always be grateful for your support, advice and time, it was a long road but you never gave up and we got there in the end. Lovelle Hykeham are an excellent estate agent, and have been perfect in every way. The team collaborate and work brilliantly together, so you when you call they are all able to help. Our agent was Molly, who was absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful, and always did what she said she would do, I cannot give her enough praise! She was the key to pulling together everything during our sale and purchase, a great help, listener and advisor during the stresses of selling and buying. Leila and Fiona have been excellent in selling my Mum's house. Realistic valuation and genuinely interested buyers. Very understanding and helpful with good communication. Did their best to keep things moving when other parties slowed down.
