GoogleI have reported an issue with the shower as there's no hot water going to it at all. The staff at the letting agency told me to google it instead of sending someone qualified to fix it, that is after I rang them to chase for a response several days after it was reported. After having a check it isn't something I can fix on my own, I have rang them to chase for a response, the staff just laughed and said the computer is conveniently not working, and said they will get in touch at some point.
I find it really unprofessional that I was not asked what the problem is, and they just laughed it off about their incompetence.

GoogleI was very disappointed with the way my offer to purchase a house was handled by Lovelle in Lincoln. I was informed by the agent that my offer had been accepted by the seller and that I needed to pay £60 for the ID check in order to proceed. However, I did not receive any written confirmation by email that my offer had been formally accepted. Shortly afterwards, I received calls asking whether I was willing to increase my offer, which was very confusing and upsetting after being told that my offer had been accepted.
I am sorry to leave this review, but I hope the team at Lovelle understands that buying a house is a very emotional and stressful process for any buyer. Clear, accurate and transparent communication is extremely important throughout this journey. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
