Lovelle’s Grimsby did a fantastic job of selling my property for me. From start to finish the whole team were professional and efficient. Lewis came and valued my house in Waltham and returned to take the photos which were great. He told me it would sell quickly which it did; receiving an offer within a fortnight. James was great at reassuring my concerns on buying another property which they were marketing also. The ladies in the office kept me updated on the sale, always returning my calls quickly. All in all a great experience and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We picked Lovelle as 1 of the 3 Estate Agents to give a Valuation on my late mums property. Jess arrived at the appointment time and had a good look around the property. She asked relevant questions as we went along. Then gave us the Valuation which was the same as one of the other Estate Agents. The 3rd Estate Agent gave a considerably lower Valuation which raised my suspicions. What really sold us in going with Lovelle was the attitude of Jess. She had the right attitude from the start. She then proceeded to tell us how she thought the property would best be marketed. The way the pictures would be best taken and having a virtual tour of the house done to help in the sale. The property stands in large grounds so Jess recommended having a drone fly around the garden and do footage taken directly above the whole area to show the house and grounds at their best. She was the only one of the three Estate Agents to mention how best to sell it and was not just going through the motions like the other. She was the chosen one on the day she gave the Valuation. The house was listed and sold for the full asking price within 24 hours. The Buyer told me that what sold them wanting a viewing was the quality of the sales brochure online, the virtual tour and mainly the drone footage as it really showed everything at its best. The whole process from start to finish was carried out by the Team in a very professional but friendly manner. I cannot recommend Jess enough for her can do, go getter attitude and the backup she gets from Anne and Julie. Great show by Lovelle Brigg. Well done. Throughout the sales process Jess, Anne and Julie kept in contact and responded to our needs in good time. Always very cheery we could not have wanted for a better team to take us through the Sales of the house.

I could not recommend Bayley Jarvis enough, he provided us with the upmost professional and polished service all whilst being compassionate and supportive through a very difficult time whilst we was vulnerable. I loved how Bayley would always ask how we was and would make an effort to ensure his service was personalised which made us feel comfortable as he knew our preferences. I recently sold my house with Lovelle and would 100% recommend them. From start to finish, the service they offered was excellent. Bayley took some great photos of my house and worked hard to get a number of viewings. I was kept up to date throughout the process and felt confident that they would find a buyer. Naomi took over once an offer had been accepted and went above and beyond, offering support and advice after a 'slight hitch' with the valuation report. The whole team are friendly, helpful and committed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The Home move box was a lovely touch.

Rushed us around our property for a viewing, leaving us not knowing that we would be left without heating, hot water or gas for weeks, and are trying to make us pay for things that the landlord is responsible for. Martin from Holderness Road is also one of the rudest penpushers working for them with little concern for tenants or their babies. Do not rent from these money grabbers!
