GoogleMy experience with them are very unpleasant. I stop renting for them in December. I have struggled to get my deposit back, many emails was sent to them and few got replied. Finely after few months I did receive money but still waiting for the replay about something else. The don’t have correct information in the system and even I confirm all my information the still ask me to provide the same information.
Update : since 2022 can’t get my money back. The communication with agency is awful. Keep promising that I will receive money next month, week but still waiting. I’m getting anxious about that situation.
