GoogleLangford Russell, West Wickham have been fantastic from start to finish. Steve and his team were in constant touch during the whole process of selling our house. They, and in particular Lukas, pulled out all the stops in getting viewings and worked really hard to complete everything as quickly as possible. Moving house is very stressful - but Langford Russell`s professionalism, efficiency and great advice made it all much easier. Very Highly recommended

GoogleLouise Ward was our Letting Manager. She was professional yet personal, attentive to what we were looking to achieve, in a tenant and the timescales. She was just brilliant. At one time in my life I moved many times in seven years and Louise is by far the best Letting Manager I have ever dealt with. Now as a landlord I am very pleased she found us.

She managed to arrange a viewing last minute and did all she could to assist us in successfully securing the property. She even found out out information about the local train stations for commuting into London. She went above & beyond and cant thank her enough for all her help. Both Kevin and Lamar were very professional, responded quickly,and impressed me with their knowledge of the market in the area, and also honestly guided me on the best price. GoogleAn absolute pleasure to do business with. After having a 4 month very poor service from a previous agent we had to switch agents. Absolutely dreadful.. acorn got everything wrong they could have. Communication was shocking, contractual agreement was wrong, late rental payment.. I could go on. Estate agents generally have a bad reputation and acorn are a classic example. I’d recommend going alone.. ! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE AND SHOULD BE BANNED IN THE UK FROM SELLING PROPERTY AND RIPPING CUSTOMER OFF SELLING £8000 FEE PEOPLE WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY IS A 0. IT A SHIT COMPANY THE COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY

This last few days with the bottom of the chain not very pro active, your team have pulled it through and it hasn’t been easy . Your constant calls emails and communication and patience's ! has been spot on. We are both extremely impressed with the honestly of the team. I have always known what's happening where which cant be easy with a chain. With the way solicitors are now with being afraid of being sued, we seem to have indemnities and waivers all over the place. such a night mare. I would highly recommend your company and above all your team with there professionalism,( even calling me out of hours on there mobile wow to keep me updated on the progress ) So Glad you cold called me that day back in February. GoogleBuying a house with Langford Russell Estate Agents in Beckenham has been an absolute joy, from first viewing the property with Kelly, only 7 weeks ago, to exchange last Friday. Kelly is super efficient and has a lot of knowledge, meaning she was always able to deal with my queries promptly and provide me with the information I needed. Kelly is friendly and approachable, which I found invaluable, particularly given my level of knowledge around the house buying process. She did a fabulous job of liaising with my sellers when necessary, negotiating well when needed, and being incredibly neutral along the way. I've not found this level of trust with an estate agent before. Thank you Kelly :-)
