TrustpilotThey are so incompetent
They are so incompetent. Sending reference emails to the wrong addresses. Including the wrong tenants on agreements. We had to follow for different procedures for four different tenants to get references because they just couldn't figure it out. They even put the wrong tenants on our rental agreements after being asked TWICE to remove them. Embarrassingly poor service.

GoogleJoseph showed my wife and I around a property. We liked the property and requested a second viewing. We were very pleased that Joseph accompanied us on the second viewing as he is a very polite and pleasant young man who did not rush us into a hasty look around the property. Joseph has a lovely manner and we hope he will go far in his estate agency career. Absolutely first class.

GoogleWe bought our first house with the help of Ross and Hayley at Langford Russell and can’t fault them. They were patient and very helpful explaining things to us. They even assisted us in chasing solicitors. They would get back to us very quickly and we never had to chase them. I would highly recommend buying a Langford Russell property. And a special shout out to Joe who jumped a fence to rescue us when we got accidentally trapped in a property

We were looking for a unique house with a fit for purpose downstairs area for my elderly mother to live with us but for us to still maintain our independence living upstairs. He was very helpful all through the process following up with solicitors and checking our queries with the vendors. The moving in goodies box was a nice touch with thougful products and we saved on Ikea furniture with the vouchers. Great service!
