GoogleSo my partner and I had a week of madness with calls from agents and 11 viewings in one day. I have to say in all that time, and during the viewings, one of the best agents both on the phone and in-person was Aidan Sealy. For that week, I had all manner of people call me, but his professionalism, clear spoken tone and personality meant that he was one of the few agents whos I remembered by name. He would also send suggestions on new properties that had just entered the market, which was nice as there were some I had missed during my search. He set up several viewings with some exciting properties for our day of madness. The first viewing was with Aidan who although calling to inform us he would be 5 mins late was 1 min early, he continued to be prompt and show up at properties on time or early - which was nice as many other agents were late and didn't inform us. Really in person again he was very professional, genuinely seemed to care about us as clients and spoke to us about the property, key features and things that set it apart from others. He has good interpersonal skills, again which was nice as we had been used to having someone just open the door and leave us to look around. I have to say he made the day a lot more bearable and has a good was to look at each property, pointing out positives and excellent features which you might not think of. 10/10 thanks.

GoogleIn seaking to find suitable tenants for our house in Beckenham we chose to go through Langford Russell in Beckenham having sold another property through them. We we're introduced to their lettings specialist Aidan Sealy who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Aidan has been the consummate professional throughout, keeping us abreast of all appointments, giving invaluable feedback and advising when required. Suitable tenants were found almost immediately, vetted, approved and moved in within the month. GoogleAidan is a great agent and I take my hat off to him. I practically stalked him via phone and email to enable me to obtain the property I wanted (which I did!) and at no point did his manner toward me change. Moving from a different city was stressful enough, but he was able to follow through on everything he said, which really helped me to feel confident that he would do his best for me. He did, from arranging the viewing to signing documents, paying monies owed and picking up the keys. He liaised with me professionally and followed up on everything requested in a timely manner. The way he dealt with us and the seller got real results. Always patient, always pro-active. Never needed chasing and always dealt with rising issues professionally. Their service was fantastic, they were very responsive to our queries, always made themselves available for additional viewings, and throughout the conveyancing process really helped to move it along which was critical.
