GoogleI dealt with Emily Baxter, who has now moved to the Chislehurst branch, and with Paul at the Sevenoaks branch. Both were very professional and helpful, going above and beyond any other experience I have had with another estate agent to help us secure the house we found through them. I would highly recommend them

GoogleI found them very professional, from start to finish. Giving advice on how to decorate and show flat off to its best for viewings, right down to contacting the different solicitors to speed them up, to complete the sale, as quickly as possible. They couldn't do enough and put up with my questions. I've never sold a place before, so process was completely new to me. Thank you all so much.

GoogleA few weeks ago, we sold our house through Langford Russell. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Sevenoaks that really looks after you, then use this one! They are professional, have excellent marketing, and answer the phone quickly at all times. Everybody there knew what was going on, problems were resolved quickly and Paul and Michelle were just brilliant. Bearing in mind what the market is like at the moment, from the first viewings to completion took just 15 weeks. Various Estate Agents initially came and valued the house. Langford Russell were the quickest to return to us. One, who might be regarded as the “Leading Estate Agent” in Sevenoaks, didn’t come back to me until I rang a week later and then quoted a figure (and bear in mind this was before any potential offers might have been made) that was 16% lower than what Langford Russell actually SOLD ours for. GoogleBest Estate Agent in Orpington! Oliver gave us confidence and he said we would sell quickly and Will kept us informed throughout the process. Will and Oliver achieved the sale of our home very quickly and put the previous agent to shame. They achieved a very good sale price for us even in the doom and gloom that people are talking about in the property market. The marketing and photo ideas got buyers to view the property within days of marketing and we got our offers within a week. The Back office team had kept everyone up to date. And Will called regularly to offer any help and support. He even gave us advice on our new home purchase which was very helpfull. We would strongly recommend Langford Russell to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the Orpington area. GoogleBeing a business owner I know first hand that the integrity and success of a business lays solely in the hands of front of house team so I feel it’s important recognise individuals who go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer experience. I would like to acknowledge and highlight the outstanding efforts of ‘Maxine’ made it possible for my daughter and I to move into our now ‘new home’ working 24/7 against all obstacles that arose to ensure we were able to move into the house before my daughter’s surgery. We saw the house online on Friday and were handed the keys the following Saturday! Maxine kept us informed of all progress (including out of hour’s communication) and personally oversaw and pursued resolution to all stages of application. Without Maxine’s personal investment, commitment and help we would not have been able to complete the move and secure such a wonderful new home in such a short space of time. Life can be extremely stressful especially when moving house, but maxine made sure to buffer that stress to make our move as stress free as possible.
