GoogleOutstanding service from all of the team but especially Emily who has excellent communication skills in both listening and advising. She was happy to help and go the extra mile for me and my family and my requests and demands didn't fluster her. I'm not one for recommending estate agents (who is?!) but my experience of the Langford Russell Sevenoaks office is the best I've experienced.

GoogleA great experience and excellent service from the whole team at Langford Russell! The team had my property on the market in less than a week and sold on the first weekend. Jackie then did a fantastic job at progressing the sale all the way through to completion. Sale proceeds were in my account within 2 months of me first enquiring to sell my property!

GoogleI am moving today, finally! I have been so happy with the service from this team, especially Bradley, my main point of contact. He took great care of me. I have mental health conditions so require a gentle manor and to be kept up to date with how things are progressing and Bradley provided this with no problems. I had a rush to move out of my last place and Bradley was really helpful in making sure I could get into my flat in time. Could not recommend them more.

GoogleWe had fantastic experience buying a house through Jamie at Langford Russell in Chislehurst. We had a large search area so registered with a lot of agents, and Jamie was by far the most proactive. He really took the time to properly understand what we wanted and made sure that we didn’t waste time viewing houses that didn’t tick all the boxes. He didn’t pass us off to colleagues in different branches like other agents did, which was a huge help. He kept us frequently informed throughout the whole process all the way up to completion, and also resolved a few issues that came up during the legal process. We’re hoping not to move house again but, if we did, we’d be instructing Jamie to sell our house without hesitation.

GoogleMy fiance has been dealing with our apartment search. Coming into contact with Sinan has been such a blessing. He's been supportive, informative, and helpful from the get go. It's such a good experience, I'd recommend him to anyone I know. From actually keeping in touch, offering advice, answering all our questions and getting those he didn't have immediate answers for, he's been professional. While we don't yet know if we've finally found our new home in the West Wickham area, he's been incredibly supportive and I would like him to know how much we appreciate it.

GoogleSinan is a great agent and I got the impression that he actually wants to help. Having not secured the property I wanted, he went on to follow up with me on a similar property. I have always said you never know when someone you treat poorly will be that potential big client in the future or worst even your manager or in law. GoogleSinan was great! Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to any of our questions he was very quick to find out and come straight back to us. He also always called us which we thought added a much more personal touch/service. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends/family.

TrustpilotWhere to really start….
Where to really start - from the offset the agent we dealt with lied to us consistently about an endless list of things, about the sellers situation, to the the tenure of the property, to the structure of the property - the list goes on. Every agent we dealt felt like they were pretending to be an estate agent, and seemed to think that the best way to handle buyers is to lie to them, and the deny everything. They will do whatever they need to to get the property sold. They are smarmy, untrustworthy and selfish. I can’t imagine the culture in the office is healthy at all. Our solicitors said they were the most unprofessional, rude and intimidating agents she had ever dealt with, and if the whole process hadn’t already been delayed by so long because of their complete lack of ability, we would have gone to the Property Ombudsman because some of their practices were so incredibly dodgy and almost definitely illegal. I wouldn’t go near them with 10 barge poles.

GoogleTom Pullen of Pullen Estate Agents was the selling agent for the property I bought two years ago. He was always personable, responsive and helpful. He really was the "oil in the machine" that you need for these transactions to go well.
