Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee.

Lukass and his team from the very start, demonstrated real energy, proactive communications and really good advice on a marketing strategy. They got plenty of serious buyers through the door within days of formal marketing and a number of good offers. The following process, with a long chain was tricky, but Lukass and his team managed it extremely well, with some amazing focus in the days before exchange. A particular strength of Lukass' team is that everyone knows what's going on, so if one of the team is out, another will pick it up seamlessly.
All-in-all 10/10, thoroughly recommended.

GoogleI was not a client of Langford Russell but I bought a house from someone who had engaged them. There were the usual issues as the transaction progressed (such as negotiation over fixtures and fittings) which Steve and Lukass dealt with swiftly and professionally. There were also some unexpected issues, mainly with my conveyancers. Steve and Lukass took this in their stride. They were proactive, pushing the legal teams for updates and suggesting dates for exchange and completion. When the time comes for me to sell the house (which won't be any time soon!), I'll remember Langford Russell. I just hope Steve and Lukass are still there - thanks, guys!
