GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with JW Wood in Bishop Auckland. Communication was poor from start to finish calls and emails were either ignored or took days to get a response. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in actually helping, which made an already stressful process even worse.
There were multiple mistakes made along the way that should have been easily avoidable, and instead of taking responsibility, they just passed blame around. It felt like once they had my business, they didn’t care about providing any level of service.
I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable estate agent. There are far better options out there.

A special vote of appreciation must go to Barbara who truly understands the importance a house has in people’s lives, particularly in our case, having been there for 34 years it has many special memories.
