GoogleHaving sold through JW Wood we had the pleasure of buying our new home with JW Wood Consett. Alex and his team were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We will be using them when we come to sell and regularly recommend them to friends and family.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review, it truly means a lot to us!

GoogleThe most disinterested, unhelpful estate agents I've ever come across. Appreciate they work for the vendor but I would expect them to actually TRY and sell the property. Terrible customer service.
Good morning Mr Smith, I am sorry to read that you have not been happy with the service JW Wood have provided, having spoken to all our management team i am struggling to locate your address and the exact service we have provided. Could i ask you contact me personally on n.angus@jww.co.uk so we can discuss the issue further and hopefully have it resolved. Kind regards

GoogleJW Wood was recommended to me by a friend and they are now the only agent I will use. I have bought and sold properties with Woods and I have always found the staff to be friendly and proactive who were always happy to help.

GoogleWe were massively impressed with JW Wood, so much so we have used them on 2 occasions and regularly recommend them to others.. our property had been on with another well known local agency yet we received little to no communication and felt we were chasing them. JW Wood used Fb to advertise our property and had viewings arranged within the week. once the offer was made we had our own member of staff who chased and kept us in the loop. thank you again to all at JW Wood.

GoogleMoving house is never easy but from start to finish JW Wood made the process as straight forward as possible. Their valuer was knowledgeable and laid out a clear approach to achieving the best price and ALL staff members were a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and have no hesitation in using them again.

FacebookI find the staff very rude and condescending. They won't help you but expect you to do what they want immediately. Unprofessional argumentative and rude staff

GoogleAvoid if you possibly can. We had problems with this agent both during and after our tenancy. They offer no help, and if anything goes wrong with the property (even if it's clearly not the fault of the tenant) they will try their best to …

FacebookI've just sold a property with the chester le street branch. This wasn't a straight forward as most house sales. They were fantastic. I was kept informed about all the problems that popped up. Everything was handled with respect and diplomacy right up to the end. Thank you everyone . Job well done.

FacebookExcellent service from start to completion. I used Woods to sell by deceased mother's house, and as I didn't live locally, it was vital I could trust an agent to manage all elements of the sale. Woods delivered on all levels. Their knowledge of the local market was streets agreed of the other agents I spoke to, and their customer service and communication were first rate. Particular mention to Martyn and Chloe in the Chester-le-Street office, who were both instrumental in ensuring a smooth sale.

FacebookI used JW Wood Chester le Street branch to sell my property. I can only say how brilliant the staff are there, nothing is a bother to them. Very helpful, friendly and reassuring. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you very much to Martyn, Tracy and Chloe - you are the best. TB
