GoogleHaving just completed and exchanged for the sale of my house, I just wanted to say the biggest Thank you. From start to finish the staff have made this process so easy and hassle free. Liam in the Darlington branch was always so polite and friendly when contacting me and arranging bookings, nothing felt too much trouble. Once an offer was accepted, Jill was my contact and I cannot rate her enough. Each week I would get a call giving me an update, even if it was just to say no update. She made the effort to ask if I was ok and how I was feeling, always offering extra help. Jill has called me today to confirm completion and I have to say, I'll be quite sad not to speak to her each week now! As a manager of a customer services team, the level of service shown throughout is what we strive for each day. Both Liam and Jill are an asset to your team's. Thank you for making this so easy and effortless especially through such uncertain and uneasy times.
