In a process that was repeatedly let down by our conveyancers and plagued by months of silence from virtually every other party involved, Paul Evans was an absolute standout, and frankly, the sole reason our sale completed at all. While others dragged their feet or went quiet for weeks on end, Paul took it upon himself to chase daily on our behalf, keep every thread moving, and ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. He didn't wait to be asked, he just got on with it. Every time we heard nothing from anyone else, we could rely on Paul to be in touch with an update, a plan, or progress. That kind of proactive communication is rare in any industry, but in property it feels almost unheard of. In a world of mediocrity, Paul's work ethic, initiative, and genuine commitment to his clients is something else entirely. He single-handedly pushed our deal over the line when everything around it was stalling, and thanks to him, we move in this weekend. I recently purchased a house from Jones Robinson Estate Agents, Pewsey. I found the manager Toby, and his team to be very responsive to my enquires and a pleasure to deal with. The company also provide a link on their website regarding all that Pewsey has to offer. This was really useful when family and friends were asking me "why are you moving there?" A short while after the move I received and after sales phone call from Toby. I told him I was struggling trying to place a double mattress on the base. Within 10 minutes he popped round and helped me with the task. I was beyond grateful! On completion I received a very tasty bottle of Simul Movere Gin which was a perfect (and much needed ;) Great Estate Agents situated in one of the most friendly and beautiful parts of Wiltshire
