GoogleI put my mobile home up for sale with Church Robinson. From start to finish they have all been amazing, especially James Ryan, who kept me regularly informed on the progress of the sale. They were prompt, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone - 100% satisfied.

GoogleWould highly recommend, Very attentive and great service. Marta was really helpful and went above and beyond. Re-review: Typical for estate agents, they are great when you are trying to get a house then when they are getting rent they no longer care. We had graffiti on the side of our house for nearly a year and nothing was done to remove it. We never received any compensation for this. We went for an early release from the property (which we had to pay for), instead of marketing the house for immediate availability, they marketed it for the end of our tenancy. This led to us having to pay months of rent while the house was vacant. Honestly shocking service, would not recommend.

GoogleI have only good things to say about my experience as a seller with Church Robinson. From the start, James came across as very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the process and strategy for selling our house. The agents were proactive when contacting potential buyers. They provided prompt feedback from viewings, and we were especially impressed with Raff's work. Dawn was very efficient at chasing up on the status of our transactions, and ensured we were always kept up to date on the progress throughout the chain. The communication from Jo and Archie regarding matters such as queries from our buyer has been excellent. The whole team worked together seamlessly, making it really easy and quick to address any queries we had. I cannot recommend Church Robinson highly enough!

GoogleExcellent service from the Church Robinson Didcot team. We looked at different agent options when looking to sell our home in the Ladygrove. We settled on Church Robinson after a great chat with James Ryan and Gary Church. They were knowledgeable about the local area and proved they knew far more about market dynamics than the other agents locally. During the sales process the team were friendly and offered great support throughout. James was our go to guy. At every stage the team were knowledgeable and gave us confidence in the sales process. GoogleWe've interacted with Archie several times and he has a great professional manner when visiting houses. He is knowledgeable about the house and has a good balance of being friendly whilst providing space for me and my partner to discuss our choices and opinions. Whenever we've been considering a property, Archie has always been available for a chat and very good at answering questions and following up in a timely manner. We've spoken to many estate agents and he is by far the most attentive and supportive one we've met so far.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expressed interest in a property and submitted my application promptly, only to be left chasing for updates. Communication was poor-voicemails were ignored, and when I finally heard back, I was told the landlords had chosen another tenant without any opportunity to negotiate. I offered more money and an earlier start date, but again, I received no response. The lack of follow-up and dismissive attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Overall, a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
We are naturally disappointed to read your feedback and will investigate with the lettings team.
