GoogleThe sale of the cottage took over 2 years with 2 buyers pulling out and having a long wait for probate but the Jones Robinson team stuck with it. The cottage was overvalued at the beginning but the customer service was very good .

GoogleWe are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Church Robinson for both our sale and purchase. Raffaele, Dawn, Gary and the rest were simply amazing. Our house sold incredibly quickly, and we were thrilled. Unexpectedly we lost our buyer just before exchanging contracts, Raf was positive, reassuring and wasted no time. He arranged a viewing the very next day, and we had a new buyer immediately! Dawn was outstanding throughout the process, keeping everything on track and ensuring things moved along smoothly. The guy who valued our place said “I will be your contact right up until you move out”… we never got to speak to him again instead we got the sales guys who each time they came to a viewing had to ask us where the parking was obviously, no notes. On a good note the girl who had taken the house photo was amazing and did a really brilliant job as was the Saturday viewing girl very honest and had good sales skills.
We are obviously disappointed to read your review. I have looked at the activity during the period of time we marketed your property between the 3rd, 24th September 2024. Our records show that you did have a call with James Ryan on 10th September, and many other calls and emails from the sales team due to 17 applicants wanting to book viewings and 1 offer being received, before you decided to withdraw from the market. I have made the team aware of your comments and would also advise that since September we have changed our internal systems so our viewing staff have much improved property fact finds. Thank you for your positive feedback for Holly and Nat.

GoogleWe received an excellent service from this agent, although the whole sale process, even without lengthy chains, seemed to be incredibly slow. Conveyancing, devoid of any form of secure electronic document transmission seems to be stuck in the 19th century!
