GoogleI have just sold for the second time through Jones Robinson, which is testament to how brilliant they are. When I came to selling again, I didn’t even consider any of the other agents. They give you prompt feedback after every viewing, and once you have a buyer, assign someone in the office to personally oversee your sale/purchase! We happened to also be purchasing through Jones Robinson, and I can honestly say I didn’t find the process at all stressful. There are some real gems working here! So thank you everyone for all your hard work and professionalism. I will absolutely recommend Jones Robinson to anyone looking for a quality agents in Newbury and surrounding areas!

The situation with the apartment you first reserved was incredibly unfortunate but as you know we could not move you into the apartment due to safety reasons beyond our control. I have spoken to the lettings team and understand that as soon as the issue became apparent they advised you of this and offered alternative accommodation solutions for you which include the apartment you are now moved into. I have asked the property management team to contact you as soon as possible.
