GoogleI can thoroughly recommend the Jones Robinson team at the Marlborough office. From my first visit to the office where I met Michael Simpson, to the market appraisal he carried out at my home, I felt I was in safe hands. Michael was friendly, polite and extremely professional and offered plenty of help and useful advice. He made it clear that he was available at any time if I had further questions and was quick to respond to calls/emails. In the event we did not proceed with the sale but I would have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson to anyone else and would certainly use them myself in the future should the need arise.

GoogleWhile the service from the agent selling the house met my expectations i would not recommend signing up for the after sales package even if there is a no completion fee guarantee for the next house if the original falls through. The website used to keep me up to date as we progressed through the process did not meet my expectations. I use such a system in my own business therefore possibly my opinion is a bit harsh as i have something to compare it against.

GooglePoor service, flat contained rubbish and lots of dust when we moved in and yet expect a professional clean when you checked out. oh and lots of fees for everything. took us 1 month to get hot water that worked.
