GoogleThey don't stop bombarding you with messages when they want to sell your property even if it's on with someone else. It's not good marketing if you don't feel that the strategy is becoming too pushy.

GoogleWe have just sold a house with Jones Robinson. The TLDR version is that this is a well led team of skilled and motivated people, who did a great job for us. Kate Ormond was our initial point of contact and she got the ball rolling before handing us to Beth Sharpe who lived up to her name. Beth was searingly efficient and a great communicator. She mitigated the effect of lockdown in late March by creating a video tour and our house sold very quickly to a great couple who lived across the road and wanted to upsize. Nicky Simpson then took over the process to get us to exchange, but this took plenty of time due to solicitors (usual story) and local searches taking longer than usual. Unfortunately Nicky fell ill and so Paula Rudge drove us over the line, with her dynamic style. She was a trojan! Overall, a great team effort and we’ll be thinking of them as we raise a glass when we complete in a few days. Great job one and all and thanks kindly! Russ

GoogleJust wish if I could give 0 stat. A very irresponsible and ignorant staff with no respect to people’s lives or circumstances. After arranging a viewing, and came over 3 hours travel time they managed (Lucy) to rent the place to someone else and not inform us with a call or email to cancel the viewing. Very unprofessional service and I add to the other comment that is there, RUDE, IGNORANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Having a disrespectful behaviour and attitude, talking and do things behind customers, making fun with other colleagues about customers while doing a viewing. I have never got something sorted or even a call back regards another property, only once after ages and I called in and talked to someone. After paying a holding deposit for an apartment and done everything required, landlord changed mind and decides not to go with the tenancy, and yet still no refund for the holding deposit and got charged for referencing. As an experience, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JONES ROBINSONS to people who are looking for easy life and rent without issues
We are obviously disappointed to read your comments, however, on checking with our Lettings department, we have processed a full refund of your holding deposit today, we have not charged you for the referencing and we are unable to comment regarding the landlord's decision. As you will see from our many other legitimate reviews, our staff are certainly not as you describe.

GoogleFirst time Im renting from this agency. The offers are almost the best and the flats are nice for the price, Although I had my worst experience with them. I arranged my first viewing on 24/09/2020 at 10:15 and they confirmed my viewing by email. The night before my viewing I called the agent and I asked her if she is 100% coming for viewing and I even explained that I come from another city and will be on the way around 3 hours to get there. I took a day off work and went all the way to Newbury but no agent was there!!!! I called the agency and the agent only apologized that they forgot to email me and cancel the appointment since someone else took the flat. I was literally crying on the way home. I had lots of things to do at work. I lost lots of money buying ticket to Newbury, taking a day off work, plus the energy I wasted. It is really inconsiderate and irresponsible not being bothered to even email and cancel an appointment. Specially because I emphasized that I came from a far city. After that I found good offers in the website and I went and viewed a couple of other properties. This time my agent was quite helpful. Although when I called her and asked her if she can speed up the procedure since it’s getting too late, she answered that she is in a rush and has lots of things to do and can’t do this faster only because I’m in a rush, the concept in fair enough but the way she talked was a bit rude and not appropriate. In general the offers this agency has, are good but the staff are not as professional as they should be. I think if u find the same offer in any other agency, definitely go for the other one.

GoogleI'm in the process of buying my first house, and Paula Rudge from the sales team has been so helpful! She has been really supportive whenever I don't understand something in the proceedings; she'll take the time to explain it to me in a non-judgemental manner and has offered to speak to my solicitors on my behalf if I was uncomfortable asking the questions. Paula has been great with catching up with a weekly call (always around the same time which helped with taking her call during my work hours. So bonus points for consistency!) and also sending chaser emails if things weren't moving as fast as they could based on her experience. Despite being an entirely telephone based relationship in these uncertain times, she has helped with ensuring I am not left feeling lost during this purchase. Thank you Paula :)

GoogleGood contact throughout the whole process. Even after the sale had been agreed and progress seemed a bit slow due to the legal stuff taking place in the background, would always get an update to let me know they were on the case.

GoogleFriendly staff, they keep a tight rope on your pruchase and help you chase the incompetent solicitors. Extreemely helpful, definitely recommened people to use them when selling/buying properties. I used Staffs (Dawn, Jo), they were amazing.
