It's been 1 month since Jones Robinson, Newbury, Paul, Paula, and Karen, found me my forever home. I am delighted with my home and the agency helped steer through negotiations with professionalism & friendliness. Always responsive, never adding to the drama, as the process of selling and buying is never easy. They steered through the tricky stages and I really couldn't be more grateful.

Went through the referencing process, left the deposit, first month rent, signed the agreement - only to find out that the landlord cannot sing the contract because they don't have their paperwork ready. Now they don't respond to my emails or phone calls. Utterly unprofessional.

GoogleWould not recommend. Maybe great for sellers, terrible experience for buyers. Bought a property through Church Robinson, all going through solicitors, then they showed a “cash buyer” round the purchasing property 2 months into the process subsequently leading to a higher offer and us losing the house and our house buyers. All very underhanded and unprofessional. Lost valuable time, money and caused a considerable amount of stress to us as a family. I would be very careful purchasing a property through them.

GoogleI’ve just completed a purchase through Church Robinson and have been extremely impressed with the service and responsiveness. Dawn needs a special mention for keeping on top of solicitors who seem to do their best to slow the process down. I could do with her twice weekly reminders to keep my own affairs moving! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Church Robinson in future.

GoogleJo and Toyah in the Lambourn office are the ideal agents, nothing is too much trouble and they both have a delightful way about them. They sold my house with the minimum of fuss, dealt with queries in a most efficient manner and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

GoogleFalsely advertised the inclusive costs of the letting. Upon making an offer, they changed the description of the adverts on Zoopla and Rightmove to try and make more money out of me. Unprofessional and very unimpressed.
