GoogleOne of the senior personal came around to value our property and was determined that he did not have to look around our property after seeing it a year ago. Even though we told him we have done some minor renovations to the house. He then stated that in his professional opinion our house was only worth 75% of it true value, because he said so without any real research in the elements of putting a house price together. He left our house with the parting shot of " well good luck asking for that price you will not get it " We had a Trades Man come round next day to quote and has offered us 100% of the value we suggested to Jones Robinson. Which means if we had sold our house via this outfit we would have got shafted on our lifes work and savings ( our house ) big time. Avoid this company or if you do get a quote from them , test it on the market or via other agents.
We are sorry you feel unhappy, however, I have discussed this with the valuer who met your wife and have viewed the correspondence sent to you, as well as the reply your wife responded with, and am satisfied with the advice and service we gave. Jo Woolley

GoogleProbably the best estate agent I have used, and I have used a few. Everyone I have spoken to has been professional and friendly and extremely helpful. My recent purchase has not been easy because of the chain and different needs from people. Not been easy is an understatement, and if it had not been for Dawn Pannell, I would have given up. Dawn has been an absolute star and amazingly professional, informative and a really nice person to talk to when feeling stressed. This really is a company with people who really care and go the extra mile to see things through. My huge thanks to you all, especially Dawn.

She was caring, supportive, professional and has been responsive even out of her hours and now we have moved in and we are very grateful!!

GoogleWe viewed our new home on 13th January and are delighted to be completing on 16th March. Church Robinson have been very responsive and we have really appreciated Dawn chasing things for us regularly to speed things along. We couldn't be happier with the service we've had and noticed that they were much more responsive than some other agents locally. Can't wait to pick up the keys to our new place!

GoogleOur only regret with Jones Robinson is that we didn't use them sooner! After having a nightmare with the first agent we listed our house with, we decided to swap estate agents and try again. We met with Ed Taylor who spent the time going through how Jones Robinson works and from that we knew they were in a different league. The photos were so much better, and the video tour showcased our property just as we had wanted for potential buyers. They then sold our house within 4 days of it being on the market with them… We were then introduced to our Sales Progressor, Caroline, who was worth her weight in gold! She did all the chasing with solicitors, if I had a random question, she’d find me the answer, and made everything run so smoothly! We had weekly calls and she took all of the stress associated with moving house away from me… I really can’t recommend Jones Robinson enough! From start to finish they haven’t missed a beat.
