GoogleCharlotte and Tom have been very helpful and professional each time I have needed them to sort any issues that have arisen. They have big boots to fill with Amanda Sowters retirement and so far I have been impressed with their diligence. Long may it continue!!

GoogleIf I were to let my property I would use John German for their quality and professionalism. This time though, I was the one renting and the people at Derby branch Tom and Charlotte helped me through the procedure. I had just returned from Australia and worried it may complicate things, however, all went smoothly and I'm very grateful. 5 star

GoogleI just wanted to say a special thanks to Charlie, who is one of the best sales people i have had the pleasure to meet. A true credit to the company who takes great care and time to get to know here customers, and i would rather have one of her than 100 others. And i would have no problem recommending the company based on her strong work ethic.

GoogleJohn German have been exemplary and have delivered a service far superior to any other letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. We had a very tight turn around with needing to move into rented accommodation following completion on a house sale and against all odds the team managed to sort things out for us at lightning speed. We are so grateful! Friendly, efficient and generally lovely team.

GoogleThe team did an excellent job of selling our house quickly. However even more importantly, they were very proactive in following the sale through to completion, with Emma regularly updating us and chasing up our respective solicitors during the usual sticky bits such as waiting searches. Would definitely recommend.
