GoogleI just exchanged on my property, it has been an arduous journey however John German represented excellently by their Director Stuart Bennet provided me with a very professional and supportive service. There were times that I wanted to give up and change estate agents but the excellent feedback and follow up of this agency kept me positive on the sale of my property. Thank you very much for such a great work!

GoogleWe had a valuation by Stuart fom John German in Ashbourne. He was very thorough and filled us with confidence regarding the sale of our house. We had an offer and Stuart managed to negotiate a price that we were all happy with. The sale proceeded speedily and with minimal stress. GoogleWe have just moved into our new house and are really happy. John German have been great throughout and we would (and have) recommend them to anyone. All the staff were professional, efficient, realistic and above all, always friendly and happy to take our calls and make calls to us even if they have bad news to report. I dont really understand why you would choose an online Estate Agent as you need all of this support and great understanding of the local area to make your house move flow as smooth as it can and it is a small price to pay for this. A Big Thanks to Stuart, Sally, Linda, Nick and Richard, you all played a part in the process.

GoogleWe had wonderful service from David Woodcock at John German Loughborough. For complicated reasons it looked as though we might have to pay two sets of estate agents' fees. However, David generously stepped aside in favour of the other agent, although he had already done some work for us. And he had already been courteous, speedy, and efficient in his dealings with us. Definitely five stars!

GoogleI visited a couple of Estate Agents in Uttoxeter and John German offered, what it seemed at the time, a better value package. And they certainly delivered as promised, in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner. The property needed to be sold quickly and auction was recommended. They were 'spot on' with their advice and guide price. The whole process was owned by John German, from showing people around, liaising with Solicitors, marketing etc, and they attended the actual auction. They provided regular updates along the way. The stress of selling the house was taken away and they provided all the support that was needed. A remarkable and very recommended Estate Agent, Thank you.

GoogleThe first time I've ever used an estate agents and there are plenty to choose from in this town. After visiting 4 we decided to use John German and we were not disappointed. I felt that I was give straightforward advice and had a clear idea of the costs involved. Found some of the others had a few hidden costs. Matt and the team were fantastic all the way through what was a lengthy sale (due to our buyers solicitors) and kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about moving.
