GoogleI recently sold my house through John German and can honestly say all of the staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to achieve the best price for my property and to progress the sale as quickly as possible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank You.

GoogleI had a great experience of the Ashbourne branch of John German during the purchase of my property in Dalbury Lees. They were always available to offer advice and they helped me keep a level head during what always ends up being a slightly stressful situation! I would recommend them and in particular Stuart to all.

GoogleWe originally went on the market with an online company because of the tempting price and we had nothing but hassle and stress. They totally got my value wrong too! So we came into contact with John German in Ashbourne. Totally professional and friendly. Came around to value the house explaining the whole process. We sold and had a long chain but Sally/Stuart looked after us through the whole process. They were great and would totally recommend them. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! Thank you for all your help in getting us to our dream house! Peter & Julie T

GoogleImagine how horrified we are today to find that our daughter and granddaughter are homeless after John German informed us 15 hours before the arranged moving time that the property my daughter was due to rent was being taken off the rental market by the landlord and being placed on the sales market instead. This after being assured that all was well and her arranging completion dates around their advice to move out of her sold property. They have shown no sensitivity or concern. Avoid them at all costs if you value your well being and expect to receive good customer service.
