GoogleLike almost everything, purchasing a new home during this Pandemic was 'slightly' trying. Once Ian had his teeth into resolving the delays it all seemed to resolve itself. Without meeting anyone at all from the office during the purchase period he made it all work. Many thanks for your assistance.

GoogleIf it was possible to give a 6 star rating to the staff at Ashbourne we would do so. As one of the longest standing prospective purchasers! And despite what has been a very busy time, when they have been understaffed Emma has never shown anything but true professionalism.They have always provided a kind patient and caring service,with nothing to much a problem. They are a perfect team ,we would like to mention that Emma who has looked after us throughout has been wonderfully patient with us. She is a true proffessional with caring nature, and no matter how busy she will always have time to spend with you. This also has to be said of Nick, who is also kind and understanding,and takes time to be helpfull. Vicky also has to be mentioned ,has been very helpful and kind. GoogleMy experience of dealing with John German's Ashbourne office has been one of first class service throughout. Covid has unquestionably altered the way in which business is conducted & it has perhaps affected the estate agency industry more than most, not least in ensuring the wellbeing of both sellers & prospective buyers. The Ashbourne team coped well in the changed environment. I would in particular like to thank Emma & Iain for the attentive, courteous & communicative manner, all of which sought to make an inevitably stressful experience less so.

GoogleAfter my offer to purchase a property was accepted, John German of Ashbourne allocated me a Sales Progressor. I was a little sceptical at first but actually my contact Stephen Whinyates was brilliant. He made the whole process as stress free as possible and was very diligent, professional and patient. In particular he was very easy to get hold of and if not available he always returned my calls and e mails virtually straight away. He was extremely accommodating in contacting solicitors and also my sellers with any questions I had, no matter how many of them. I would highly recommend this system and obviously Stephen to others.

We are delighted that we got an above asking offer price in two weeks.
