GoogleThanks Zara for everything. The 3 guys moved in perfectly, So tidy and well behaved. Crikey one has to take one's shoes off before entering the apartment. GoogleI have recently let our flat in Notting Hill through your Notting Hill Gate office. I found the whole experience very professional. Everything was explained to me at ever stage. GoogleVery pleasantly surprised how quickly the John D Wood Notting Hill team have re let my flat. In over 25 years of letting it has never taken less than 3 months, this time a new tenant requested to move in virtually immediately. So thanks to Rushana Birmingham, Zara Merali, Tania Rodriquez and Harry Williams and the whole team for making it so easy for me. Oh and the whole process is very slick and online, very refreshing not to have to make last minute taxi dashes to sign forms etc. John D Wood will be my first choice next time.

GoogleI was very impressed by the speed with which Rupert Simmonds found a new tenant. In fact it was within only a few days of my existing tenants giving notice. The new tenant was ready to move in quickly and the paperwork was done speedily and effortlessly. We were also lucky that the old tenants left the flat in good shape so that there was minimum fuss during the process. I recommend Rupert very highly. GoogleWe recently sold thanks largely to Adam Darbyshire who stepped up to the mark when others were less than dynamic, possibly casual. Communication and negotiating skills were lacking, when trying to drive the deal forward. They are lucky to earn such a generous fee.

GoogleThis company is crazy about deposit. When we ending our lease, they found someone changing bulb with labour fee £170+VAT. We had professional cleaning before returning the flat, but they somehow clean it again with £375. Also, there's £200 checkout fee coming from nowhere. I report this company. Everyone pls be careful.

GoogleExtraordinary experience with Umar Bryce at John D Wood today. Unlike most property agents who are trying hard to sell what they have to you, Umar started from the other side of the table by understanding what his customer was looking for. He spent over 1 hr on the phone helping me to get a feel of South Kensington area and discussing with me the pros and cons of different choices. At the end of the call, we both understood much better what I was looking for thus enabling us to move more effectively and efficiently towards a deal in the future. Umar also won my trust through his professionalism and his customer-oriented approach. As a result of the call, I cancelled a viewing with another agent, which I had booked prior to the call with Umar and I decided to follow Umar's guidance in seeking my ideal property in South Kensington area as I felt his customer-oriented approach brings much more value to me than any other agents I came across so far. For anyone who is looking for a property in this area, I highly recommend Umar Bryce at John D Wood.

GoogleI am in the process of relocating to London for work, and had reached out to Talisa from the JDW South Kensington office to set up a tour of a property we’d found on Zoopla. Talisa showed up and had proactively arranged tours of a half-dozen similar apartments in various South Kensington neighborhoods at a similar price range and specification. While the apartment we’d asked to view was exactly as advertised, Talisa used that example to find us even better options throughout the area. She was professional and informative throughout, and gave us a lot of helpful information about renting in London more generally, as well as the neighborhood. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her or the JDW South Kensington office again, and had a very positive experience.
