He was super quick, practical, and always easy to reach, replying straight away to calls and messages and really trying to sort things out fast. To the Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service we received during our move-in process. My brother secured this tenancy by paying the security deposit and 12 months of rent in advance. Despite this significant financial commitment and the fulfillment of all our obligations, the agency failed to provide the keys on the agreed-upon date. We were left without access to the property for four days. To make matters worse, upon finally receiving the keys, we discovered there was no hot water in the flat. This meant that after a four-day delay, we were still unable to live in the property comfortably. This level of negligence is unprofessional and a clear breach of our rental agreement. I expect a formal apology and a pro-rata refund for the four days we were denied access to the property. Unbelievable service!!! Would definetely not recommend this agency....
