The team at JR were great, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Any issues we had with the property were sorted quickly, and fixed to a high standard. Their communication was great, and we received prompt, helpful replies, even at weekends. Although we’re moving elsewhere, if I’m back in Cardiff in the future, I’d certainly look to rent with them again.

I recommend JeffreyRoss Estate Agents to everyone planning to move to Cardiff. I arrived in this beautiful city with little experience and little ideas of where to look for a place for myself and the staff has been simply amazing in assisting me in all my needs. Whenever I had an issue, they were always there, ready to respond to all my (sometimes stupid) queries. Everyone has been extremely professional, kind and responsive. A formidable experience !:-)

Avoid in house mortage Advisor JLJ

Nothing wrong with the front of office however I would advise not to use there in house mortgage Advisor, I was given a person named John Lloyd Jones to deal with. Even though he was pleasant and friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff but did come across that it was only a hobby for him on the side due to him already being successful in other avenues of business, even so I still went ahead with home knowing trusting that if the agency uses him then he should know his stuff. I clearly stated to him I was a contractor knowing that not allMortgage companies deal contractor income however he used companies that deal with full time perm salaries such as Metro Bank etc. So initial friendly impression soon went out of the window, took my £450 wasted around 4 weeks and then told me he couldn’t do anything. I went to another independent mortgage advisor who sourced a mortgage for me through Nationwide. Great estate agents but my advice is to find your own mortgage advisor who go direct yourself as the guy they use doesn’t really care and isn’t as competent as he makes out.

Rude and unprofessional

I was appalled at how I have been treated, my viewing got cancelled during a phone call half an hour before the actual app. I had sorted childcare for the app. to be told i will be called if the viewers tomorrow aren't interested, i just think its rude and very unprofessional!

The team at Jeffery Ross helped me both sell and purchase properties. I have to say they were absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning they were innovative in their approach and proactive during the whole process. Sarah in the Llanishen branch was a real star & I can’t thank her enough. Ramsey and the Roath branch were lovely and kept me informed every step of the way. Moving home is stressful enough under normal circumstances let alone crazy Covid days & you guys should congratulate yourselves on how you have managed to keep things moving in a professional manner during strange times Thank you

I bought my new home through Jeffrey Ross Llanishen and it must be said that Elliot and Sarah are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and Sarah stayed on top of the progress of my purchase, helping it go smoothly and quickly.
